I'm an RN who is deeply interested in preventive and integrative health, mindfulness and meditation, stress reduction, life balance, peace of mind, and nutrition and cooking.  In writing about these topics, I'd like to share ideas that I believe are effective, inspiring, and that I use to  nurture my own well being.
